Uncle Picsou

Balthazar Picsou is a fictional character from the world of ducks at Disney Studios created in 1947 by writer-designer Carl Barks. Donald Duck's maternal uncle, hence his nickname "Uncle Picsou", this "richest duck in the world" is known for its avarice and adventurous side.
