Shipping & Returns 

Our shipping methods:

DisneyShop Collection  work with the following carriers: Mondial Relay, La Poste and Happy Post.

DisneyShop Collection makes shipments in France and internationally (see countries delivered).

Orders are shipped within 72 hours after receipt of your payment. A link with the tracking number of your package will then be sent to you by email. 

Shipping costs include packaging costs, handling costs and shipping costs. Items are carefully packaged to ensure they are well received. 

DisneShop Collection  will not be responsible in any way in case of loss or damage during transport. 

Packaging: 

DisneyShop Collection  promotes recycling by favouring packaging that has already been used (various cartons, envelopes, bubbles, newspaper, etc.)

Our return policy: 

The customer has 14 clear days from delivery to make a return request by email or via the customer area and return the product for no particular reason, the costs of return to follow-up are at his expense (unless we are mistaken). The product must be returned under the same conditions as for the tracked shipment. He is then reimbursed for the price of the product within one month of receipt of it by the company DisneyShop Collection. 

Unless I am mistaken, DisneyShop Collection the Costs of return shipping will remain at the expense of the buyer in the event of a change of mind. However, products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be returned. In case of payment by PayPal, PayPal does not refund the costs related to the sale so they will not be reimbursed by us either. Therefore, they will remain at the expense of the buyer.

 VYou must return the ordered product within 14 days of shipment. It is mandatory to send us a cancellation request by email, via your customer espcae, or by tracked mail, before returning the product, otherwise DisneyShop Collection reserves the right to refuse the return.
