DisneyShop Collection is a site Unofficial selling second-hand Disney products. DisneyShop Collection is in no way affiliated with The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries. All the products on this site are second-hand products that have already been used or come from personal collections purchased from individuals. 

The texts on this site are written by DisneyShop Collection, the photos of the items are the property of DisneyShop Collection and the images appearing were taken or created by DisneyShop Collection.

Rule No. 1: Purpose

 

The general terms and conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company DisneyShop Collection and its customers in connection with the sale of the following goods: used Disney merchandise

These general terms and conditions of sale are concluded between DisneyShop Collection and any natural person ("You") wishing to make a purchase on the Website  

These Terms and Conditions exclusively govern your relationship with DisneyShop Collection

DisneyShop Collection reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions at any time. They will then be applicable as soon as they are put online.

Rule n°2: Product presentation

 

The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the "Catalogue" section of our website. Photographs do not fall within the scope of the contract. The responsibility of society DisneyShop Collection cannot be engaged if errors have been introduced. All texts and images presented on the company's website DisneyShop Collection are reserved, for the whole world, under copyright and intellectual property; Their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited. 

 

 Rule n°3: Duration of validity of offers to sell

 

The products are offered for sale while stocks last. In the event of an order for a product that has become unavailable, the customer will be informed of this unavailability, as soon as possible, by email. 

 

 Rule n°4: Product prices

 

 The "Catalogue" section of our site indicates the prices in euros all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. The amount of a product and the shipping costs appear on the screen at the end of the customer's selection of the individual products.

 

DisneyShop Collection reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products ordered are invoiced at the price in force at the time the order was registered.

 

The proposed rates include the discounts and rebates that the company DisneyShop Collection would be required to grant in view of its results or the buyer's assumption of certain services.

 

No discount will be given in case of early payment. 

 

 Rule n°5: Order

 

 The customer validates his order when he activates the "Confirm your order" link at the bottom of the "Summary of your order" page after accepting these terms and conditions of sale. Before this validation, the customer is systematically offered to check each of the elements of his order; He can thus correct any mistakes. DisneyShop Collection confirms the order by email; This information includes all the elements of the order and the customer's right of withdrawal. The data recorded by DisneyShop Collection constitute proof of the nature, content and date of the order. This is archived by DisneyShop Collection under the legal conditions and deadlines; the customer can access this archiving by contacting the Customer Relations department. 

DisneyShop Collection specifies that the right of withdrawal (according to Article 221-18 and Article 221-28 of the Consumer Code) takes effect from the receipt of the package by the buyer. No order can be cancelled and refunded before the delivery of the package, even if the shipment has not yet been made. From the day of delivery, the customer has 14 days to change his mind and exercise his right of withdrawal via a withdrawal form. 

 

 Rule n°6: Payment terms

 

 Payment is made in full when ordering by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal. 

 

Payments by Bank Transfer not recorded by  DisneyShop Collection within a period of 5 days from the day of the order will result in the cancellation of the transaction.

 

 Rule No. 7 Late payment

 

 In the event of total or partial non-payment of the goods delivered on the day of receipt, the buyer must pay the company DisneyShop Collection a late payment penalty equal to one and a half times the legal interest rate.

 

The legal interest rate is the one in force on the day the goods are delivered.

 

This penalty is calculated on the amount of the outstanding amount, excluding tax, and runs from the due date of the price without any prior formal notice being necessary.

 

In accordance with Articles 441-6 c. com. and D. 441-5 c. com., any delay in payment automatically entails, in addition to the penalties for late payment, an obligation for the debtor to pay a lump sum compensation of €40 for recovery costs.

 

An additional indemnity may be claimed, upon receipt, when the recovery costs incurred are higher than the amount of the fixed indemnity. 

 

Rule 8 Delivery

 

The delivery deadline varies depending on their address. It is fixed, for an address in metropolitan France and abroad, on the day of payment + 30 days. Free shipping will be ONLY in Mondial relay shipping, the place of reception remains at the buyer's choice.

If this delivery date is not respected, the consumer may cancel the purchase by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt and must be reimbursed for the full amount paid. The Hamon law of 2014 established a maximum delivery time of 30 days from the date of online purchase, after which no claim can be accepted and refunded. 

DisneyShop Collection declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or breakage of your package by the carrier, in the event of breakage the buyer has the obligation to check the contents of the package before accepting delivery by the carrier, in any case aNo refund will therefore be granted. However DisneyShop Collection undertakes to make the necessary claims and steps with the carrier to find the lost package or to try to obtain compensation from the carrier for delivery costs.

Rule No. 10 : Satisfied or refunded

 

We do not accept any cancellations of orders before shipment, to do so you must use your right of withdrawal provided for in the article of law L221-18 Consumer Code:  The customer has 14 clear days from delivery to make a return request to DisneyShop Collection and return the product for no particular reason, the costs of return to follow-up being at his expense. The product must be returned under the same conditions as for the tracked shipment. He is then reimbursed for the price of the product within one month of receipt of it by the company DisneyShop Collection. 

Unless I am mistaken, DisneyShop Collection Shipping costs for return trips will remain at the expense of the buyer in the event of a change of mind. However, products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be returned.

 VYou must return the ordered product within 14 days of being sent by email to the customer service of DisneyShop Collection of your return request letter (see Template below) the refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the goods. It is mandatory to send us a return request from your space or by email before returning the product, otherwise DisneyShop Collection reserves the right to refuse the return.

Rule n°11: Return of Goods 


All unclaimed orders (Post or Mondial Relay) and returned to the sender DisneyShop Collection will be kept for two months (from the day of receipt) by DisneyShop Collection after this period the objects will become the property of DisneyShop Collection and will be handed over  for sale.
