DisneyShop Collection is a site Unofficial sale of second-hand Disney products. DisneyShop Collection is in no way affiliated with the Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries. All products on this site are second-hand products that have already been used or come from personal collections purchased from private individuals. 

The texts on this site are written by DisneyShop Collection, the photos of the items are the property of DisneyShop Collection and the images appearing were taken or created by DisneyShop Collection.

Rule No. 1: Purpose

 

The general terms and conditions of sale described below detail the company's rights and obligations DisneyShop Collection and its customers in connection with the sale of the following goods: second-hand Disney merchandise

DisneyShop Collection reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time. They will then be applicable as soon as they are posted online.

Any service performed by the company DisneyShop Collection implies the Buyer's unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. 

 

Rule n°2: Presentation of products

 

The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the "Catalogue" section of our website. Photographs do not fall within the scope of the contract. The responsibility of society DisneyShop Collection cannot be initiated if errors have been introduced. All texts and images presented on the company's website DisneyShop Collection are reserved worldwide for copyright and intellectual property rights; Their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited. 

 

 Rule n°3: Period of validity of offers to sell

 

Products are offered for sale while supplies last. In the event of an order for a product that has become unavailable, the customer will be informed of this unavailability, as soon as possible, by e-mail or by post. 

 

 Rule n°4: Product prices

 

 The "Catalogue" section of our website indicates prices in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. The amount of VAT is specified when the customer selects a product and the shipping costs appear on the screen at the end of the customer's selection of the different products.

 

The company DisneyShop Collection reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products ordered are invoiced at the price in force at the time the order is registered.

 

The rates offered include the rebates and rebates that the company DisneyShop Collection would be required to grant on the basis of its results or the assumption by the purchaser of certain services.

 

No discount will be given in case of advance payment. 

 

 Rule n°5: Order

 

 The customer validates his order when he activates the link "Confirm your order" at the bottom of the "Summary of your order" page after accepting these terms of sale. Before this validation, the customer is systematically offered to check each of the elements of his order; In this way, they can correct any mistakes they may have. The  society DisneyShop Collection confirms the order by e-mail; This information includes all the elements of the order and the customer's right of withdrawal. Data recorded by the company DisneyShop Collection constitute proof of the nature, content and date of the order. This is archived by the company DisneyShop Collection under the legal conditions and deadlines; The customer can access this archive by contacting the Customer Relations department. 

DisneyShop Collection specifies that the right of withdrawal (according to Article 221-18 and Article 221-28 of the Consumer Code) takes effect from the receipt of the parcel by the buyer. No order can be cancelled and refunded before the package is delivered, even if the shipment has not yet been made. From the day of delivery, the customer has 14 days to change his mind and exercise his right of withdrawal via a withdrawal form. 

 

 Rule n°6: Terms of payment

 

 Payment is made in full when ordering by check, credit card or PayPal. 

 

Payments by cheque or wire transfer not recorded by  DisneyShop Collection within a period of 5 days from the day of the order will result in the cancellation of the transaction.

 

 Rule No. 7 Late payment

 

 In the event of total or partial non-payment of the goods delivered on the day of receipt, the buyer must pay to the company DisneyShop Collection a late payment penalty equal to one and a half times the legal interest rate.

 

The statutory interest rate is the rate in force on the day the goods are delivered.

 

This penalty is calculated on the amount excluding tax of the outstanding amount, and runs from the due date of the price without any prior formal notice being required.

 

In accordance with Articles 441-6 c. com. and D. 441-5 c. com., any late payment automatically entails, in addition to late payment penalties, an obligation for the debtor to pay a fixed indemnity of €40 for recovery costs.

 

An additional indemnity may be claimed, upon receipt, when the recovery costs incurred are greater than the amount of the lump sum indemnity. 

 

Rule No. 8 Delivery

 

The delivery deadline varies depending on their address. It is fixed, for an address in metropolitan France and abroad on the day of payment + 30 days. Free shipping will be paid ONLY In the case of Mondial relay shipments, the place of receipt remains at the choice of the buyer.

If this delivery date is not respected, the consumer may cancel the purchase by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt and must be reimbursed for the full amount paid. The Hamon law of 2014 introduced a maximum delivery period of 30 days from the date of online purchase, after this period no claim can be accepted and refunded. 

DisneyShop Collection declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or breakage of your package by the carrier, in case of breakage the buyer has the obligation to check the contents of the package before accepting delivery by the carrier, in any case aTherefore, no refund will be granted. However DisneyShop Collection undertakes to make the necessary claims and take the necessary steps with the carrier to find the lost package or to try to obtain compensation from the carrier regarding the delivery costs.

Rule No. 10 : Satisfied or reimbursed

 

We do not accept any cancellation of orders before shipment, to do so you must use your right of withdrawal provided for by article L221-18 of the Consumer Code:  The customer has 14 clear days from the date of delivery to request a return from DisneyShop Collection and return the product for no particular reason, the costs of return tracking being at his expense. The product must be returned under the same conditions as for the tracked shipment. It is then reimbursed for the price of the product in the month in which it is received by the company DisneyShop Collection. 

Unless I am mistaken, DisneyShop Collection Shipping costs to and from the buyer will remain the responsibility of the buyer in the event of a change of mind. However, products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be returned.

 VYou must return the ordered product within 14 days of sending your RAR withdrawal letter (see Model below), the refund will be made within 3 days after receipt of the goods. It is mandatory to send us a cancellation request before returning the product, otherwise DisneyShop Collection reserves the right not to refuse the return.

Rule n°11: Return of goods 


All unclaimed orders (Post Office or Mondial Relay) returned to the sender DisneyShop Collection will be kept for two months (from the day of receipt) by DisneyShop Collection After this time, the objects will become the property of DisneyShop Collection and will be handed over  for sale.
