Represented as a monster with only one eye, two horns and 4 tentacular legs, it is nevertheless a teddy bear that we are talking about in the film.

He is seen on the shelves of Bob and Sulley's apartment, when Boo is in the house, Sulley gives him the bear and Bob gets very angry fearing that Boo will infect him with germs. After a crisis, Boo ends up getting him back and snuggles up with him.

In Monsters Academy (Monsters University), Little Mikey appears in the trailer for the film and on Bob's shelf in the dorm room with Randall Boggs.
